Voters cast their vote with high expectation in Nepal Polls

Kathmandu, Nepal, May 14 (ANI): Nepal witnessed a historic day as people came out to vote in the first phase of the local elections, held for the very first time since Nepal adopted a new Constitution in 2015. Here is the report. Voters turned out in significant numbers as the first phase of the Nepal's local polls started. Separate lines were seen outside the polling stations, where voters waited to exercise their right. The voting in Nepal polls started from 7 in the morning and will end at 5 in the evening.The number of voters queuing outside polling stations has high expectation from the leader for solving their problems.
The polling which is underway in the capital city of Kathmandu also reported of violence in some parts.
