Matchday 35 of the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 witnessed two more exciting games as in the first match Tamil Thalaivas take on the UP Yoddhas while the second clash of the day saw the Jaipur Pink Panthers take on Dabang Delhi. UP Yoddhas beat Tamil Thalaivas by a comfortable margin of 16 points to hand the later thier fifth loss in their last six games. While in the second match Dabang Delhi beat Jaipur Pink Panthers by 14 points to go at number three spot on the points table.
PKL 2024 first match on November 22: Tamil Thalaivas vs UP Yoddhas
In the first match of the night, UP Yoddhas beat Tamil Thalivas by a comfortable margin of 12 points to up to the number eight spot in the points table. Tamil Thalaivas started the game on a high and were leading 9 to 7 after the end of first quarter. UP Yoddhas made a comeback in second quarter and added six points in compared to Thalaivas' 4 to end the first half on 13-13. Yoddhas completly dominated the second half as they executed two all-outs and amassed 14 and 13 points in the third and fourth quarters in comparison to Thalaivas' 4 and 7 to end the game with the final scoreline of 40-24 in their favour. This is also fifth loss for Thalaivas in thier last six games as they are now slipping out in the race to playoffs. Bhavani Rajput (10 raid points) and Hitesh (6 tackle points) were UP's top performers of the night.
PKL 2024 second match on November 22: Jaipur Pink Panthers vs Dabang Delhi
In the second match of the day, Dabang Delhi hands Jaipur Pink Panthers their fourth loss this season as the they win the game by 14 points to jump four spots up to number three four in the points table. The story of the second match of the night was almost identical as first, as after trailing 5-7 against Jaipur after the first quarter scored 12, 10 and 8 points in the next three quarters in compariosn to Jaipur Pink Panthers' 2, 7 and 5 points to end the game by 35-21 in thier favour. Jaipur will try to get back to winning ways when they will meet table toppers Haryana Steelers in the second match of November 23.
