We wish to inform you that pursuant to the order of the Honorable NCLT Chennai Bench dated 25th April2022 the Monitoring Committee in accordance with the approved Resolution Plan has fixed Friday 20th January 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of extinguishment of entire shareholding of the company as per the provisions of Resolution plan.
