BHARAT SEATS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 23rd January 2023 to consider and approve inter alia the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022.As intimated in our letter dated 23rd December 2022 for the purpose as above and as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Tradingby Insiders the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed up to close of business hours of 25th January 2023 and will reopen on26th January 2023.Please take the same on record.
