Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and as amended (the Listing Regulations) we Suumaya Corporation Limited (Formerly known as Rangoli Tradecomm Limited) (the Company) would inform that Ms. Shweta Sarvaiya has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of January 20 2023 due to the reasons as provided in her resignation letter.
