Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015- General Update.

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby report that in terms of Notification No.60/2022 dated 10.01.2023 issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Customs(General) Mumbai w.e.f. 1st February 2023 M/s Diamond & Gem Development Corporation Ltd(DGDC) has been appointed as Customs Cargo Service Provider for safe custody and storage of import and export precious cargo at Air Cargo Complex Mumbai and SEEPZ-SEZ. The custodianship of MMTC Limited at SEEPZ Mumbai shall stand terminated w.e.f. 1st February 2023 in terms of above notification.The Company has felt pertinent to disclose the above development to stock exchanges as part of good governance practice.
