WINSOME BREWERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Companys Auditor.In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st January 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e. upto 8th February2023 (Both days inclusive).The Trading Window will resume from 9th February 2023.
