Approval of Un-audited Standalone Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor for the quarter ended 31.01.23.2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insiders Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01.01.23 and shall remain closed till the expiry 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31.12.22.
