In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has published Extract of statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022 which have been considered approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 06 2023. The said financial results have been published in Business Standard English edition and in Jai Hind Gujarati edition dated February 08 2023.
