Standalone and Consolidated Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December 2022.which was considered and approved by the Board at their 7/2022-23 Meeting held on Monday the 13th February 2023.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 8:00 P.M.
