Tuesday February 14 2023 due to personal reasons (Copy enclosed as Annexure-I). The Board has accepted his resignation and has relieved him from the position w.e.f. February 14 2023.d) Appointment of Mr. Swamy Sivanand Mitikiri (Membership No. A10822) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. Tuesday February 14 2023 under Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and under Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and Regulation 9(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
