We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. February 14 2023 inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company (which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on February 13 2023. A copy of the same along with the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.
