We wish to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company had at their Meeting held today (i.e. on 14th February 2023) allotted 115000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercising the Stock Options by them at the exercise price of Rs.15.73/- under the prevailing ESOP Scheme 2017.
