J/BSE/164 we are Re-submitting the outcome of Board meeting along with additional information.We refer to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today inter-alia transected the following business:1. Board considered and took on record the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2022. A copy of Unaudited Financial results along with Limited Review Report enclosed herewith.2. Board also discussed in detail matters regarding the performance of the Company.
