Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (the Code) Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code shall remain closed beginning Saturday 1st April 2023 onwards up to 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 315t March 2023.
