The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for her valuable contribution and wishes her the very best for her future endeavors. Further the details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015 are enclosed as Annexure-I.
