Non-Applicability Of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report For The Year Ended 31St March 2023

This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with BSE Circular No LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated 9th May 2019 is not applicable to our Company.As per exemption given under Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the requirement of submission of Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to the Company.
