KSE LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on 25th May 2023 to consider the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2023 and to recommend dividend if any. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2023 will also be considered in the same meeting. The date of AGM and Book closure details will be intimated later.In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stand closed from 1st April 2023 and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
