With reference to the above captioned subject we Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Limited would like to inform you that as per the Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 is not applicable to our company as our securities are listed in SME Platform of BSE therefore compliances as Regulation 24A is not applicable to the Company.
