This is to inform that the Meeting of Board of Director the Company will be held on Tuesday 23rd May 2023 at 03.00 P.M.at Registered Office 26 Industrial Area Gandhi Nagar Bhilwara (Rajasthan) to consider and approve of Audited Financial Result for Year ended 31st March.2023.Further please take note that pursuant to the code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring & Reporting Trading by insiders the trading window of the Company for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company is already closed from 1st April 2023 and shall remain closed till 24th May 2023
