BPL\SE\2022-2023\41 dated 31th March 2023 this is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys code of conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code shall remain closed from Saturday 01st April 2023 to Wednesday 24th May 2023 (Both days inclusive).
