Dear SirThis is to inform you that the Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to our company for the reasons as specified below:- This is to certify that paid up Equity share capital of our Company as on 31.03.2023 is Rs 1.05 Crore (One Crore and Five lakhs only) which is less that ` 10.00 Crores ( Ten Cores Only) and the Networth of our Company as on 31.03.2023 is ` 7.61 Crores (Seven Crores and Sixty Lakhs One only) which is less than ` 25.00 Crores. As our Paid up capital is less than Rs 10.00 Crores and Net worth is less than Rs 25.00 Crores the requirement to submit disclosures of related party transaction as per Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 not applicable to us.
