Approval of Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. 2. Approval of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March 2023. We also hereby confirm that the Auditors Report is with unmodified opinion in respect of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
