As the Company has listed its shares on BSE SME Platform so the above-mentioned provision will not be applicable to the Company and hence the Company is not required to disclose Related Party Transactions for the year ended March 31 2023 as provided under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
