As per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 every listed company shall be required to submit disclosures of related party transactions within 30 days from the date of publication of its financial results for the half year. In this regard we inform that since the Paid-up Share Capital is less than Rs. 10 Crore and Net Worth of the Company is less than Rs. 25 Crores as on 31/03/2023. The Company therefore is not required to submit the Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
