With reference to our intimation letter dated May 17 2023 bearing no. HIPP/SE/2023-24/23 whereby the Company informed the exchange about the Record date/ Book closure and Dividend payout date we humbly submit that the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend to be considered as August 03 2023 which was inadvertently mentioned as August 04 2023.In view of the above rectification the said dividend if declared at the 38th AGM will be paid:In respect of shares held in physical form to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on August 03 2023 after giving effect to all valid transfers lodged with the Company on or before August 03 2023.You are requested to take the above information on record and notify your constituents accordingly. The inconvenience caused is regretted.
