Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities shall remain closed w.e.f from 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2023 for all the Directors KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code.
