Pursuant to regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR 2015 we wish to inform that we have received following information from M/s Datamatics Business Solutions Limited Regisrtar and Share Transfer Agent of the compny on 27th June 2023 pertaining to loss or misplacement of hare certificate and issue of share certificate in lieu thereof the said shares have been put on stop transfer by RTA the duplicate certificate will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and receipt of relevant documents from the shareholders.
