This is to inform that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st July 2023 for Directors Promoters and Designated Persons till forty eight (48) hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
