LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for designated employees / persons (including their immediate relatives) with effect from Saturday the 01st day of July 2023 till 48 hours after announcement / declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.The date of announcement / declaration of the unaudited financial results will be communicated separately in due course.
