Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2023 and the trading window shall open after 48 hours of announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2023. The date of board meeting to consider and approve financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2023 shall be intimated separately in due course.
