In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in securiites of the Company will remail closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
