Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Ms. Ashna H Pahwa who was appointed on 2nd May 2023 has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of DYNAMIC INDUSTRIES LIMITED (the Company) due to personal reasons w.e.f. close of working hours on June 30 2023. The resignation has been accepted and she is relieved from her services from the closing hours of June 30 2023. We shall inform the stock exchange once the new CS is appointed in the meeting of the DIrectors of the Company. Kindly take the same in your records.
