We hereby confirm that the company has not raised capital during the period April to June 2023 and there has been no deviation in utilization of funds raised earlier by the company. Accordingly a NIL statement of deviation duly reviewed by the Audit Committee of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 is given in Annexure A.
