In furtherance of our intimation dated 11th July 2023 and in terms of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith copy of the Postal Ballot Notice. In Compliance with the relevant circulars issued by MCA the said notice has already been sent through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company Depositories as on Friday 07th July 2023 being the cut-off date.The Company has engaged NSDL to provide e-voting facility to its members. The e-voting period commences on Thursday 13th July 2023 from 9:00 a.m. and ends on Friday 11th August 2023 at 5:00 p.m. The instructions for remote e- voting are provided in the Postal Ballot Notice.
