With reference to our earlier letter dated 13th July2023 regarding intimation of Board meeting as per Regulation 29 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement)Regulations 2015 we would like to rectify the mistake of the day mentioned in the letter and file the rectified intimation with the BSE.
