We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we had received intimation from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company viz. M/s Link Intime India Private Limited (RTA) on July 16 2023 regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder for which stop transfer has been marked by RTA.
