Notice of the Postal Ballot of the Company wherein Members approval will be accorded for approving Related Party Transactions in terms of regulation 23 of SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable provisions of The Companies Act 2013. 2. Appointed Mr. Kanwaljit Singh Company Secretary in practice as scrutinizer for scrutinizing the e-voting to be conducted during the Postal Ballot Process.
