This is with reference to intimation under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we here by inform you that Mr. Sudhir Mody CFO of the company has resigned from his duties w.e.f. 1st August 2023 and the board has accepted his resignation via passing a board resolution on 1st August 2023 and relieved Mr Sudhir Mody from his duties w.e.f 1st August 2023
