FDC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Update on board meeting - In terms of Regulation 29(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday August 09 2023 in addition to the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30 2023 will also consider the proposal for buyback of fully paid up equity shares of the Company in accordance with the relevant provision of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI (Buyback of Securities) Regulations 2018 and amendments therein and other applicable laws.
