RICO AUTO INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2023.Trading Window:The Company confirms that as per the Companys Internal Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all the Promoters Directors and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. 13th August 2023.
