Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee Re-appointment of M/s. Meenu G. & Associates Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for conducting Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2023-24.The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:00 P.M and concluded at 06:15 P.M.
