Pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR we hereby inform you that the 12th meeting of Commitee of Creditors (CoC) of Asian Hotels (West) Limited has been convened on 04 August 2023 wherein the CoC interlia decided and directed the RP to seek clarification from the Adjudicating Authority and/or the Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on opening of resolution plans received from six (6) resolution applicants and further course of action in respect with said resolution plans. The CoC also decided that the resolution plans shall not be opened till the time the said clarification is obtained by the RP from the Adjudicating Authority and / or the Honble NCLAT.
