To approve financial results as on 30.06.2023.2. Raising of fund by issuance and allotment of equity shares up to an amount not exceeding Rs. 50 Crores (Rupees Fifty Crores Only) including premium if any by way of issue of equity shares through rights issue in accordance with applicable laws including Companies Act 2013 and the rules made thereunder and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended.3. To alter or add new main object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company.4. Any other business as chairman of the meeting thinks fit to discuss with the approval of the directors of the company.
