In compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to submit the Un-audited Financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023 duly approved by Board at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 8th August 2023 along with Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
