Retirement of Mr. R Vijayaraghavan ( DIN: 00026736) and Mr. K G Raghavan ( DIN:00359471) Independent Directors of the Company will complete their second term as independent directors on the board at the close of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 20th September 2023 and hence would be retiring as on that date.
