The said unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 along with the limited review report from the Statutory Auditors thereon are attached herewith. Appointment of Mr. Brian Scott Rudick (DIN: 06759691) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-IndependentDirector) of the Company w.e.f. August 10 2023. Please be informed that Mr. Brian Scott Rudick is not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any such authority.
