Pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR 2015 the company hereby wishes to notify that Mr. Anandkumar Rengaswamy Managing Director of the Company has expressed his intention to take an early retirement due to his pre occupation with other commitments and tendered his resignation as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 23-9-2023 .
