We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 25600 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on August 24 2023 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 311893139 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 311918739 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
