Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 this is to inform that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 24 2023 have appointed Shri Narayanan Subramaniam (DIN: 00166621) as an Additional (Non- Executive Independent) Director of the Company with effect from August 24 2023 for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
